We have a lot of oexperience in the desing, planning and coordinating of events, programs and projects that generate soci-environmental impact and that transform people, and we believe that all events, regardless of their objetive, can work on issues in favor of people, the plannet, and prosperity, strenghthening peace, access of justice and the same time, generating unforgettable experiences that develop us as human beings and professionals.  This is why directly or indirectly involve the concepts and ideas to create experiencies aligned with the objetive of de UN 2030 Agenda.

Fabricio Vargas

Graduated in International Relations with a focus on Business and Marketing from the Escuela Superior de Propaganda y Merketing (ESPM-Brasil), Fabricio has experience in management of congresses, conventions and incentive trips in the social area and in large companies.

Since 2007 he has been involved with the topic of leadership in companies, being a consultant at Rusell Reynolds Associates and National Director of Business Development of AISESEC Brazil, providing branding and HR strategies to companies such as: Santander, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola Femsa and Mondelez International. From 2012-2015, he has worked as Director of the Latin American Impact Investment Forum (FLII), being ultimately responsible for the Design, Planning and Execution of the initiative, expanding the FLII, both in Colombia and Guatemala.

Currently, as Founder of Impact – Experience Design, Fabricio has designed experiences together with the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt and SCALA (IDB-MIF), worked in Guerreros de la Tieera with the Grupo Modelo Foundation and has been supported by the Ford Foundation in the development of the service of impact strategies for corporations, in Impact – Experience Design.
